Costa Rei is one of the most renowned tourist locations of south-east Sardinia. It spans out over 10 km along the south-east coast of the region, between Villasimius and Muravera (the most important town of Sarrabus sub-region), and adjacent to Castiadas.
It’s well connected to Cagliari, wich is distant about 60 km away, and to the main airports and ports using the new Sardinian Oriental Route, S.S.125.
Costa rei is situated in a valley at the foot of Monte Nai and it spans out to the sea. For this reason its a beautiful landscape of hills and sea, picturesque rocks, Mediterranean scrub and archeological sites.
The well planned building activity allows this paradise to preserve big areas of pure nature, sections of beaches that are deserted, also during high season periods, beautiful antique bays with crystalline multicolored waters from emerald green to intense blue, that extend from Cala Sinzias to capo Ferrato.
Also the busiest beaches are very beautiful, like the one where there is the 'Scoglio di Peppino', a granit monolith smoothed by the sea, destination of many tourists for its magnificence.
For these and more reasons the Australian touristic guide “Lonely Planet” considered Costa Rei’s beaches among the ten most beautiful beaches in the world and Legambiente, main Italian environmental association, gave them a very high score.
At 120 meters above sea level, our holiday houses in Costa Rei have a view of this natural paradise as it is their own exclusive property.
